The Rooms

The four room types available at The Lazy Cow all promise to deliver on one thing; eccentricity. Stylish, interior designed rooms have been injected with cow hides, opulent fabrics, wood panelling, LCD TVs to make your stay udderly memorable. All have Hypnos mattresses, Egyptian cottons and Sky TV. The key is in the detail as you’re greeted by complimentary wine, papers, coffee and homemade chocolates.

The Rest

The restaurant is committed to serving up fresh, juicy and succulent meat, fresh to the door crab and other delicious dishes. The bar area is as inviting as the rest of the property and frequently serves up enticing offers such as 2-4-1 cocktails and half price champagne. Weekend breakfast is a delightfully long, drawn out affair – perfect for lazy mornings spent poring over the day’s papers.

The Cost

Prices vary by date but on the whole they tend to come in at around £120 per night. Sometimes you can nab one for as little as £90 but at really popular times they may creep up to the £140/£150 mark.

Directions to The Lazy Cow

By Road: Take the M40, exiting at junction 15 for the A429, Stratford Road. As you approach the city centre, turn left onto Friars Street and immediate right onto Bowling Green Street which turns into Theatre Street. A multi storey car park is a minute’s walk away on Linen Street.

By Train:  A one hour and twenty minute journey from London Marylebone station.
