Lack of TVs and wifi in room will relax you whilst communal areas are more equipped and equally as stylish.

Brainchild of acclaimed interior designer David Carter, 40 Winks offers a truly unique experience of London’s East End. An intoxicating mix of old and new, 40 Winks has an atmosphere and ambience unlike any other. 40 Winks is regularly used in fashion shoots – and with one glimpse of the interiors you will see why. Continental breakfast is provided as well as unlimited tea and coffee.

The Cost

As one of the most stylish and quirky places to stay in London, 40 Winks is often booked up. The double room is over our price promise at £185 per night but we think the gorgeous single room is the perfect place for solo travellers to bed down in the big old city for only £110 per night including breakfast.

Directions to 40 Winks

40 Winks is situated in Stepney Green in hip East London. The house is just a four minute walk from Stepney Green underground station (turn right as you exit the station). Both the District and the Hammersmith and City lines run through Stepney Green, and it is one stop away from the Central line.
