The Rooms

No frills accommodation doesn’t mean scrimping on quality. Free wifi, music libraries, luxury toiletries, hairdryers and high quality linens come as standard meaning the only thing that varies by price point is room size. For lone travellers, bijou and standard singles beckon whilst the luxury bunk is perfect for friends. Plump for the standard over bijou double to avoid being a little too cramped and go for a Large double if you like baths.

The Rest

As with the rooms, no frills doesn’t mean no service or attention to detail. Staff will happily order you take away, give you vouchers for local restaurants and extend your check in times for a small fee. Blending the feel of boutique hotel and serviced apartment, it also has green credentials ensuring it has everything that matters and none of the unnecessary extras that inflate prices.

The Cost

Rates vary according to date and availability so check online. Advance purchase rates offer the best deal so try and book in advance when you can often book into Luxury Bunk, Bijou Double and Small Double rooms for under £150 per night. Larger rooms are normally over our price promise.

Directions to base2stay

The best way to navigate London is by public transport. Get a train into central London and then work your way onto either the Piccadilly or Circle and District Lines. Then hop off at Earl’s Court, cross the A3220 and walk down Earl’s Court Gardens then turn right onto Courtfield Gardens.
