The Rooms
All rooms are simple and uncluttered (hanging space rather than wardrobes) and bathed in light. Even with king size beds, wifi, iPod docking stations and biscuits to dunk in your tea, try and treat yourself to a sea view with balcony. Our advice is to go for a room on a high up floor in case there are any events taking place on the outside terrace with noise reaching lower floors.
The Rest
Unlike most of Brighton’s hotels (and cheaper), the Seattle is located in the Marina – whilst slightly out of the centre it allows it to provide generous stylish and contemporary rooms with exceptional ocean views. The Restaurant at Seattle with outdoor terrace is a destination in itself. Its floor to ceiling windows and conservatory swathe it in light and open you up to fantastic ocean views.
The Cost
The Seattle has a variable pricing option in place which means you need to check online for accurate prices. However, most rooms, including the largest with sea views, can be booked for under £150 per night at certain times. In school holidays and other peak times only the inland rooms fall under our price promise, and even then, only just at £149 per night.
